Palta Outdoor was born with the combination of design and passion by a team that respects nature and is open to innovation. We have become a worldwide brand in the field of outdoor and camping equipment by combining our traditional knife making adventure, which started in 1997 in Yatağan Neighborhood of Serinhisar District of Denizli, with modern production techniques in 2020.
In our production facility in Denizli Center, we produce a wide range of products such as hunting knives, machetes, axes, swords, collectible knives and camping equipment with high precision. By combining traditional craftsmanship with CNC technology, we make every product perfect.
We have proven our quality to the world by exporting to 105 countries to date. We make a difference with services such as laser cutting, heat treatment, grinding and special design handle production by prioritizing innovation.

Our Services
From Turkey to the world: Strong steel, original designs!
2D and 3D Modeling
Within Palta Outdoor, we make 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional special designs of industrial kitchen, hunting-outdoor and camping equipment, historical Ottoman swords, officer swords and series movie swords.
Laser Cutting
As Palta Outdoor, we serve the sector by cutting hunting-outdoor knives, camping equipment, industrial kitchen knives, cleaver, rotary knife, armor and swords, which we design in 2 dimensions, up to 10 mm thickness with air and nitrogen cutting without burrs and smooth cutting.
Heat Treatment
In Palta Outdoor, we apply heat treatment of stainless steel types N690 (105CrCoMo18-2), 1,4116 (X50CrMoV15), 1,4034 (X46Cr13), 1,4028 (X30Cr13), D2 (X155CrVMo121)
steels in an atmosphere controlled heat treatment furnace in accordance with the heat treatment process of each steel.
Grinding
We provide surface grinding and cutting edge grinding services with 4 exen cnc machines within Palta Outdoor. Up to 1000 mm in length, we offer products such as swords, rotary knives, armor, Chinese cleaver, industrial machine knives, as well as all kinds of Japanese chef knives, kitchen and butcher knives, fillet knives, stripping knives, steak knives and pocket knives with superior quality.
Stone Wash and Polishing
After modeling, laser, heat treatment and grinding services, we provide stone wash and polishing services to remove burrs and surface roughness of the products.
Wood Processing
We process the handles of 3D designed hunting knives, outdoor knives, chef knives and special design axes on 4 exen cnc routers and produce ergonomic and fancy handles for our customers.
Brass Casting
We make the 3D modeled products by means of 3D printers and make them ready for casting. We provide smooth and detailed casting service with wax molds that we place in degrees with casting plaster.
